Annual Report
(1) The Chairperson shall have to present an annual report of the activities of the Board before the Board no later than four months after the expiry of each fiscal year and also provide a copy of such a report to the Government of Nepal.
(2) The Chairperson shall in each year make public the annual report of the Board as referred to in Sub-section (1).
